The prices listed above represent the total cost of the 3-night ultra all-inclusive accommodation package.
Congress accommodations are a 3-night package with check-in on November 2, 2026 and check-out on November 5, 2026, and cannot be split.
Accommodation fee includes participation in all scientific sessions and refreshments.
Accommodation is offered on an ultra all-inclusive basis. On check-in day, rooms will be available starting from 2:00 PM at the earliest; on check-out day, rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM at the latest.
Extra expenses outside the all-inclusive concept are the responsibility of the participants.
Accommodations are in standard rooms. Participants staying as 3 people should note that rooms contain one double bed and one single bed.
First child aged 0-11.99 stays free with an adult, second child aged 02-11.99 gets 50% discount.
The external participant fee includes participation in all scientific sessions, lunch, and refreshments.

Presentation Information

Papers can be presented as oral or poster presentations. Presentation preference should be indicated by participants, but the final decision regarding oral or poster presentation lies with the "Congress Scientific Committee". Papers will be evaluated via a blind peer-review system. Authors of papers not complying with congress topics or not approved by the scientific committee will be informed, and revisions may be requested if necessary. The time allocated for oral presentations is 10-15 minutes. Papers must be prepared and submitted in extended abstract format in Turkish and English according to the rules specified below.

Paper Submission Rules

Research-based papers should be prepared under the headings: Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords.

Review papers should include the headings: Introduction, Development, Conclusion, and Keywords. Care should be taken to ensure the topic is current.

Papers must be written in Microsoft Word, Times New Roman font, and single spacing. Paper title should be 12 pt (bold), author names 11 pt (bold), author addresses, explanation about the paper, and text sections 12 pt. Section headings (Introduction, etc.) must be bold. Margins: Left 4cm, Right 2cm, Top 2.5cm, Bottom 2cm.

The paper title should be in capital letters. After 1 line space, author names (without titles) with surnames in capitals. After another line space, addresses with superscript numbering (university – faculty – city – country). The presenting author should be underlined. If there is an explanation (thesis abstract, etc.), use an asterisk (*) at the end of the title and after addresses.

Paper texts must be submitted via the CONGRESS REGISTRATION SYSTEM. Word files should be saved with the presenting author's surname and a short title.

Posters should be prepared in 70×100 cm dimensions (vertical), readable from 1-1.5 meters. Visuals (figures, graphs) should be emphasized.
